It’s been a long road of growth for Daren and Antoinette Stephenson. Both were born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and both were raised in the middle class Malvern community in Scarborough. As fate would have it, they would eventually cross paths actually meeting for the first time forty minutes west of the city in North York.
While Daren started his career in financial services in 2002 with the intent to find a better way of earning income, Antoinette on the other hand, was intrigued by the opportunity to learn about how money really worked. Initial success would be bestowed to them individually. In Daren’s very first month working on a full-time basis as a licensed advisor, he was awarded the rank of #1 in the entire country of Canada in his category for life insurance sales. In just a few short months following that accomplishment, he would once again be recognized for this prestigious position, this time ranking #1 in all of Canada in the mortgages category. Antoinette was also awarded #3 for recruitment and by building her own organization so quickly, she earned her first promotion. After this initial period of individual success, it was a natural progression for them to combine their efforts and accolades with the focus to help families and individuals alike to achieve freedom through financial literacy and business ownership. Thus, a truly great partnership was formed.
Also accomplished public speakers, “DnA” as they are often referred to as, have developed a series of educational seminars and are often requested to speak in churches, community centres, schools and business events. Their critically acclaimed “It’s Your Money” series has produced phenomenal results for the attendee families implementing their proven strategies. In addition, organizing these forums have proven to be a great launching pad for their many teammates who utilized the same career opportunity and are now thriving business owners themselves.
For nearly two decades Daren and Antoinette have relentlessly developed, demonstrated and taught people their Net Worth Increase system. They have won many additional sales and growth awards and incentive trips. In 2012, at a company event in Colorado Springs, Colorado, they crossed the grand stage and were awarded the prestigious Primerica Future award. Moving up through the ranks culminated in the coveted Regional Vice President (RVP) designation in 2013. In 2015, at the Primerica international convention in Atlanta, Georgia, in front of 65,000 attendees, they were inducted as exclusive members of the Financial Independence Council. They also proudly represent their dynamic team on the Canadian Leadership Council.
Expansion
In 2011, DnA expanded into Vaughan, Ontario. In addition to their 2013 RVP promotion, they also achieved the Ontario regulatory Branch Manager designation and opened their own individual office location. Remaining in Vaughan, they’ve recently moved their team operations to a brand new home office. Working with a stellar group of ambitious individuals and partnerships, the focus remains clear: help all families increase their net worth significantly through the application of financial literacy. That focus has grown and intensified with the need that stems from a failing financial industry which continues to favour the solicitation of sales rather than the education of the consumer.
